This fall, I'm hitting the road across Europe as the drummer for Society of the Silver Cross — and I couldn't be more excited to share this one with you.
The tour runs from October 29 through November 24, 2026, covering 18 dates across France, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Denmark, and more. We'll be joined by Blood and Sun and Linnea Hjertén for much of the run — two artists whose work I deeply respect, and who bring something special to this lineup.
Society of the Silver Cross is one of those bands that defies easy categorization. Led by Joe Reineke and Karyn Gold-Reineke out of Seattle, their sound weaves 12-string acoustic guitar, harmonium, Hammond B3, and rare synthesizers into something hypnotic and cinematic — dark folk meets east-meets-west ritual music. Playing these songs every night has been a genuinely different kind of musical experience for me, and I think audiences across Europe are going to feel it.
We kick off in Rezé, France at Cold Crash on October 29, move through Paris the following night at Le Klub, then head into Switzerland, Austria, and a long stretch through Germany and Poland before making our way north through the Baltic states and Scandinavia. The tour closes out in Oberhausen, Germany at Helvete on November 24.
One of the things I love most about touring Europe is the chance to move through so many different cities, cultures, and rooms in such a short stretch of time. From the club scene in France to the festival stages of Poland, the historic venues of the Baltic states, and the cold northern light of Scandinavia — every stop brings something new. These are places with deep musical histories and passionate audiences, and there's nothing quite like experiencing them from behind a drum kit.
If you're anywhere near these cities, come out. This is the kind of music that rewards seeing live — it breathes differently in a room.
